Toilet Overflow Repair
Problem
The store reported that multiple toilets had been overflowing onto the floor for two consecutive days, requiring daily cleanup by store staff. The issue posed a sanitation and safety concern for the operating retail location. A plunger had already been attempted prior to service, with no success.
Challenge
The plumbing issue was ongoing and worsening over multiple days. Overflow conditions created health and operational risks in an active store environment. The blockage required more than standard plunging, indicating a deeper drain line obstruction.
Solution
Technician Cory responded to the emergency service request and performed a full inspection of the affected toilets and drain lines. Initial clearing was attempted using a drain snake to break up the blockage. To ensure the obstruction was fully removed, hydro jetting was then performed to thoroughly clean and clear the toilet and drain system. After clearing the blockage, all toilets and connected drains were tested multiple times to verify proper flow and ensure no remaining restrictions.
Results:
Following service, all toilets and drains were confirmed to be fully operational with proper flow and no further overflow. The plumbing system was restored to normal function, eliminating the sanitation issue. The job was successfully completed on December 1, 2025, with client sign-off obtained and no return visit required.
