Problem

The problem had persisted for several days, with incomplete drainage affecting restroom usability. The issue was reported by Shabar Rouse, General Manager.
Challenge
The urinal blockage required proper diagnosis and clearing without causing further disruption to store operations. Safety precautions needed to be followed, including shutting off the water supply and ensuring the clog was fully removed to prevent repeat service calls. Accurate documentation and verification of proper drainage were required before closing the work order
Solution
Upon arrival at 3:30 PM (CA time) on 10/13, Technician Soriano conducted a full inspection and confirmed the urinal was clogged. The work area was secured and the water supply was shut off for safety. Drain openers were applied to help break down the obstruction. A drain snake was run through the urinal line to fully clear the clog. All drains were flushed to verify proper flow. The water supply was restored, and final operational testing was completed. The work area was cleaned before completion.
Results:
The urinal was restored to full, proper working condition with normal flushing and drainage confirmed. The job was completed at 6:00 PM (CA time) on 10/13, and no return visit was required. Store management confirmed satisfaction with the repair.
