Problem
The water fountain was reported to be malfunctioning and leaking, with reduced cooling performance and active water leakage. A detailed inspection was required to identify the cause and restore proper operation.
Challenge
The fountain’s subcooling system had failed, with multiple internal leak points. The extent of the damage ruled out localized repairs and required a full unit replacement. Prior to installation, all water lines needed to be properly flushed to prevent contamination and ensure reliable operation.
Solution
Technician Tommie performed extensive troubleshooting and confirmed the unit was not repairable. The damaged water fountain was removed and replaced with a new unit. Before installation, all water lines were cleared and flushed to eliminate debris and contamination risks. The new unit was installed, connected, and tested to confirm proper cooling performance and leak-free operation.
Results:
The water fountain was fully repaired through replacement and restored to normal working condition. Cooling performance and water flow were verified, all leaks were eliminated, and the unit is now operating as intended. The service was completed successfully, client sign-off was obtained, and the area was returned to service with no further issues reported.
