Problem
An inspection revealed that approximately 50 ceiling tiles were damaged and required replacement. In addition, the metal support strips associated with the ceiling grid were also damaged, compromising alignment and structural integrity.
Challenge
The scope involved a large quantity of ceiling tiles, increasing labor and coordination requirements. Damaged metal support strips required removal, welding, realignment, and reinstallation, not simple replacement. Repairs needed to ensure structural stability, proper alignment, and long-term durability while minimizing disruption to store operations.
Solution
Technicians Adam and John performed comprehensive ceiling repairs to address both surface and structural issues.
