Parking Stop Replacement Service
Problem
Store management reported that the parking stops had been struck multiple times and were broken, creating a safety concern in the parking lot. The damaged parking stops needed to be evaluated and replaced to prevent further incidents and ensure safe vehicle positioning.
Challenge
The site had multiple damaged parking stops (six total), requiring a full assessment and accurate estimating. The job experienced multiple reassignments and delays due to estimate revisions and approval timelines. Coordination was required to complete the work efficiently once approval was granted, without additional disruption to store operations.
Solution
After the work order was approved, Justin Hall was assigned to complete the repairs. He visited the site to verify conditions and measurements, then returned on December 12, 2025, to perform the work.
Actions taken:
- Verified the number and condition of damaged parking stops
- Removed the broken parking stops
- Installed six new parking stops, properly aligned and secured
- Ensured the parking area was safe and functional upon completion
- Photos were documented before, during, and after the repair to confirm scope and completion.
Results:
The job was completed successfully at 2:01 PM, restoring safe and properly marked parking spaces. Client sign-off was obtained at 2:34 PM, and store management confirmed satisfaction with the completed work. No return visit was required, and the parking lot was left in safe, usable condition.
