Problem
On November 25, 2025 at 2:18 PM, NMC Mechanical received a plumbing service request from Mejuri at 888 Westheimer Rd, Unit 158, Houston, TX 77006. Store management reported that the toilet flush system was not operating properly, impacting restroom functionality.
Challenge
The challenge was to accurately diagnose the cause of the flushing failure and determine the most effective repair method. The system needed to be restored to reliable operation while ensuring all damaged components were identified to prevent repeat service issues.
Solution
Technician Melton arrived on-site at 5:25 PM and performed a thorough inspection of the flushing system. Each component of the system was examined to trace the source of the malfunction. The inspection revealed that the flush valve was significantly damaged and beyond repair. A full flush valve replacement was recommended and completed to restore proper function. The system was tested after installation to confirm proper flushing operation.
